How do I place an order?

All orders are now placed via iPantry.  Orders must be placed before 2 pm for delivery the next business day.

What are your delivery Days?

iPantry delivers to your business Monday to Saturday

Is there a minimum order?

There are no quantity minimum orders.  A delivery fee of $9.90 is charged for orders below $50.

What time will my order arrive?

Deliveries are made before noon, Monday to Friday. We ask for both a desired delivery 'window' and a safe, refrigerated delivery point if your staff won't be there.

We are all aware of the increased instances of food allergies today, and Fig Food Co. ensures to provide accurate information. You will see the relevant allergen information on the menu, and on every food label.


We take pride in the fact that we bake, roast, mix and create all our products, in our own kitchen, from scratch. Every precaution is taken to ensure there is no cross-contamination from products that contain gluten, nuts, and other allergens. However, as all our products are baked, roasted, mixed and created in the same kitchen, it is possible that trace amounts can still be present in some products. 


We recommend that those with severe allergies purchase from purpose-designed producers. If you are uncertain what to advise your customers, please contact us on 9419 0517, and we will do our best to assist further.

How long do Fig's products keep?

All our products have a recommended shelf life; however, it all depends on how you store the product after it has been delivered to you. It's best to adjust all shelf-life recommendations to suit the conditions in which they are kept in your premises to ensure the health of your customers. All our food is delivered in refrigerated vans and is best eaten fresh.
